One of the largest healthcare systems in southeastern Massachusetts is adding Family Medicine Physicians due to community growth. Our team of more than 800 Physicians is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and services.

Practice Highlights:

High volume, quality-focused, and established practice with inclusion of Population Health manager, Pharmacy, dedicated Practice Manager, EMR support, and more.
Advanced Practice Provider support
Reasonable call requirements

Compensation/Benefits:

Salary with Productivity & Performance-Based Incentives
Sign-on Bonus - $60,000
Retention Bonus - $20,000 X 4 years
Comprehensive benefits package including: 4-5 weeks' vacation plus a week of CME and 6% match on retirement after 2 years
Malpractice coverage of $2M / $6M
